We operate with defined performance benchmarks during the pilot phase. If agreed consultation targets are not achieved, we continue optimisation and honour our written performance commitment.
During setup, we collaborate with your team to define targeting, qualification standards, and consultation capacity. Once live, we handle campaign management, optimisation, and follow-up automation. Your team focuses on consultations and treatment while we manage the acquisition infrastructure.
The system is designed for clinics looking to add predictable acquisition alongside referrals. It requires a minimum starting ad budget of £50 per day to gather sufficient data and optimise effectively. It may not be suitable for clinics unwilling to invest in structured paid patient acquisition.
The 90-day pilot is designed to install, stabilise, and optimise the Predictable Procedure System™. If performance benchmarks are met and the partnership is a good fit, we continue scaling consultation volume and refining performance long-term. If not, there is no obligation to continue.
