Goodfellow Systems provides patient acquisition and marketing services designed for hair transplant clinics. All services are delivered subject to a written agreement outlining scope, fees, deliverables, and performance benchmarks where applicable. Any performance commitments are conditional upon agreed advertising budgets, timely client cooperation, and accurate information provided by the clinic. Revenue outcomes, procedure conversions, and clinic profitability cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all medical claims, advertising materials, pricing statements, and before-and-after imagery comply with applicable advertising standards and medical regulations within their jurisdiction. While strategic guidance may be provided, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the clinic.

Management fees are separate from advertising spend unless otherwise agreed in writing. Advertising budgets are typically paid directly to advertising platforms. Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Minimum engagement terms, including any pilot structure, are defined within individual service agreements.

Services may involve the use of third-party platforms and software tools, including advertising platforms, CRM systems, automation providers, and analytics tools. Goodfellow Systems is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or performance fluctuations resulting from third-party systems.

All intellectual property developed by Goodfellow Systems, including system frameworks, automation structures, strategies, and documentation, remains the property of Goodfellow Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not replicate or resell proprietary systems without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the use of our website or services shall be limited to the fees paid for services within the preceding three-month period.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website or engagement of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
